• Hybrid training (Recorded + Live sessions).

• Educational content related to service-based opportunities.

All programs are intended for learning and skill development purposes only.

Eligibility

• Our services are intended for individuals residing in India only.

• Participants must provide accurate information during registration.

• By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.

Payment Terms

Payments are accepted via UPI and Bank Transfer.

• Enrollment will be confirmed only after successful payment.

• All fees are non-transferable.

Refund Policy

• All payments made to Xpert Coach are non-refundable.

• Once payment is completed: no cancellation, no refund, no partial refund.

We strongly advise users to understand the program details before making payment.

Course Access & Duration

• Access to the course (Recorded + Live sessions) is provided for 6 months.

• Support (including WhatsApp/Group support) is also provided for 6 months.

• After this period, access may be restricted and support may not be available.

User Responsibilities

By enrolling in our program, you agree:

• To use the content only for personal learning purposes.

• Not to misuse the training or services.

• To provide accurate and complete information.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Xpert Coach including videos, documents, training materials, and templates are the intellectual property of Xpert Coach.

No Guarantee of Results

• Xpert Coach provides training and guidance only.

• We do not guarantee any income, job, or specific results.

• Results depend on individual effort, implementation, and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Xpert Coach shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses.

• Business decisions taken by participants.

• Misuse of the information provided.

All decisions made after training are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful communication, avoid misuse of group platforms, and follow training guidelines.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.

Communication

By registering, you agree to receive:

• Training-related updates.

• Important announcements.

• Support messages via WhatsApp or email.

Modification of Terms

Xpert Coach reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and update policies without prior notice.

Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
